As we continue to expand our operations, we're searching for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

YOUR ROLE :

The Accounts Payable Specialist is critical to ensuring the accuracy, timelines, and integrity of payables processing in a fast-paced, mission-critical data center environment. The successful candidate will foster vendor relationships, process invoices, and provide input regarding budget variances using accounting software.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Review and match purchase orders, contracts, and receipts for approval and payment.
• Schedule and process payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks) in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor records and manage inquiries to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, and facilities) to ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and in compliance with terms.
• Prepare reports on accounts payable status and cash flow requirements.
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
