Assistant Facilities Manager, Land Management

The Microsoft Land Management Team maintains recently acquired land and assets by the Data Center team prior to construction.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of site inspections and property maintenance for recently acquired land prior to construction.
• Complete in-person visits and inspections within the U.S. as needed.
• Ensure municipal and county code compliance related to landscape maintenance, backflow certification, lighting, etc.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with client, subcontractors, and vendor partners.
• Help provide regular updates to the client on site progress through calls, SharePoint sites, and Teams communication.
• Assist with budget management and forecasting future work.

Requirements

Estimated compensation for this position : 60,000.00 75,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location : Remote Olympia, WA
