Physical Therapist - PT - PART TIME (Minimum 3 Days Per Week)

Overview

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Shenango on the Green in New Wilmington, PA  is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

NOTE :   Position wil require minimum 3 days per week - Monday and Fridays are needed (other day can be other weekday or a weekend day as long as no big gap between days worked).  Hours would be about 20 scheduled per week.  In this role, the therapist would help develop a caseload and assist with outreach

Responsibilities

As a PART TIME Physical Therapist (PT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work Monday and Fridays; minimum 3 days per week availability.
• One (1) Year minimum experience in Long Term Care / SNF setting required
