Senior Process Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting and adaptable Process Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will provide onsite technical support for a key customer located in the Nederland, TX area during the first year of employment.

Following this initial assignment, the role will expand to include support for additional customers in the Lake Charles, LA and Baton Rouge, LA regions. This position requires a willingness to travel approximately 40–50% of the time to meet support needs and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

Innovate process treatment to improve site production

Provide support in design, development, testing and modifications of systems

Implementation of process changes to improve safety, cost, production, and reliability

Participate in material specification, schematic preparation and appropriate follow-up

Prepare explanations and clarify information to enable proper interpretation and evaluation of specifications, performance characteristics or other technical data

Communicate technical and commercial issues

Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION :

BS / BA degree in Engineering

4-10 years of experience

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

Experience in design, installation, start up, operation and maintenance of industrial sized Reverse Osmosis systems is preferred

Hands-on experience within a plant is required

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizing, and planning skills

Able to mentor, teach and train others on proper operation of water treatment processes

A self-starter, capable of working independently

Must be a good communicator, (verbally and in writing) and have good customer focus

Additional Details

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : 40-50% to customer sites in the Southern US area

Salary Range : 100,000-120,000
