Responsibilities :

The Senior Application Developer will design and implement Applications using modern User Interface framework and REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for clients and Services, Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal financial applications, and drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions that meet the evolving

needs of our financial services operations.

Job duties include the following :

• Proficient in UI development and building apps to support Portfolio Management, Security Management and Operation systems.
• Responsible for providing technical expertise in development and integration in Team’s current development framework, application security and analytical framework. This is deployed through different vendor and in-house solutions.
• Implement new and creative technical solutions for on-going development efforts.
• Gather requirements from business partners and implement solutions.
• Analyze and design applications or subsystems on major projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Administers users, roles and layouts in applications.
• Be part of multiple projects, supporting several departmental initiatives.
• Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.
• Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.
• Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications for several corporate initiatives.
• Responsible for post-installation testing.
• Establishes effort estimates for projects of moderate scope.
• Support nightly batch production cycles, which requires periodic on call responsibility.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience as a full stack developer engaged in all phases of the product development lifecycle.

Employer will also accept master’s degree in computer science or related field plus 3 years of experience as a full stack developer engaged in all phases of the product development lifecycle will substitute for a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field plus 5 years of experience as a full stack developer engaged in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
