QUALIFICATIONS :

IA II : List on application experience that is relevant to this position. Instructional Assistant IIs mild / moderate - working with students served in Resource Learning Handicap or Communicatively Handicap programs. Example of typical duties include running small groups assisting students in large groups in both Special Day Class settings or General Education and supporting the teachers needs. We are looking for candidates with any combination of experience and training which provides the candidate with the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job duties; See the job description for full details.

• In some programs possession of or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment / vehicle requiring this license

MATERIALS REQUIRED / REQUIREMENTS :

Non-Title Sites : Must pre-qualify by attaching your High School Diploma or equivalent and one document A or B from the following list :

• A Passing score from San Juan Unified School Districts Proficiency Exam
• testing date must be April 2005 to current. No other school districts proficiency exam will be accepted. (To request a digital test please complete the Google Form here : Pre-Employment Test

OR

• B Official passing score from the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST)
• Passing the IA Proficiency Test or having the CBEST is required regardless of educational background. Applications submitted without the required test results will not be considered.
