Role Summary :

The RDC Operations Lead will be responsible for the shipping and receiving functions within the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) with a focus on safety and customer service. The RDC Operations Lead will lead and influence the day-to-day warehouse operations display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust diversity and inclusion within the RDC team including Hubbers contractors and 3PL operators.

Role Specifics :

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the RDC for all operational inquiries issues and concerns
• Oversees and coordinaties the day-to-day operations of the RDC including :
• scheduling and assigning work to Hubbers contractors and / or 3PL operators
• monitoring progress of daily workload and
• ensures work is completed safely efficiently and effectively.
• Refines existing processes and procedures to increase their effectiveness and efficiency while enhancing the RDCs internal capacity
• Ensures that operational activities remain on-time and within budget
• Monitors KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborates with Ops teams other RDCs contractors and 3PL operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Addresses customer complaints to resolution or escalates (TLCs and Customers) to the appropriate level in a professional and timely manner
• Identifies and resolves any operational bottlenecks
• Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Competencies :

Experience :

5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management

Supervisor or management experience required

Experience with KPI management

BS / BA in Logistics Business administration or related field preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

This role is based out of TireHubs location in Fort Worth Texas.
