The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary global teams and expertise in packaging, digital and e-commerce content, and omnichannel creative. Proficiency in creative tools, DAM / workflow systems, and AI-driven production software is also required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can present recommendations to senior leadership and is adept at building scalable workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and improving speed-to-market.
