Front Desk Receptionist

Location : Phoenix, AZ Schedule : Monday–Friday, Full-Time, On-Site Pay Range : $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do :

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue badges
• Coordinate meeting schedules and assist with calendar management
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
• Support administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry
• Assist with special projects and office event coordination

Pay Details : $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
