A company is looking for an Associate Technical Services Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for support assessment consultants
Collaborate with support leadership to enhance support processes and outcomes
Work with platform operations and customer success teams to improve support models
Required Qualifications
1+ years in Software Support or Technical Implementation, preferably in SaaS
Basic knowledge of databases (MongoDB), JSON, and RESTful API
Technical troubleshooting ability with no-code experience or similar
Experience in designing, documenting, and educating on operational processes
Customer-focused service mindset
