What You'll Do :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and / or credentials as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or behavior.
Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and / or breaches of policy according to company and client protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management to relay important information and / or address concerns.
Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, following established protocols and procedures.
Minimum Requirements :
At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
