We’re seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP to provide primary care for an established patient panel. This role is part-time (Wednesday–Friday) and may expand to full-time as the clinic grows.

You’ll focus on patient care, chronic condition management, and preventive health. Training in our Physiologic Insulin Resensitization (PIR) program may be offered later. Employer will pay for Malpractice Insurance.

Responsibilities

Conduct physicals, wellness exams, and chronic-disease follow-ups

Manage diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and other adult health conditions

Order labs, imaging, and medications appropriately

Provide patient education and preventive-care counseling

Document care in the electronic health record (EHR)

Collaborate closely with supervising physician Dr. Chandra Armstrong

Qualifications

Active Georgia NP license and DEA registration

2+ years of clinical experience in family medicine, primary care, or internal medicine

Strong diagnostic and communication skills

Compassionate, patient-focused care approach

Interest in metabolic or functional medicine is a plus

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM)
