Job Responsibilities
Support the financial controlling department by conducting economic and financial analyses necessary for operational and strategic decision-making.
Prepare financial reports and budget forecasts, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and reflective of the organization's financial status.
Assist in the company's monthly and yearly closing activities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with corporate policies.
Contribute to the design and management of the budget process, working collaboratively with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Prevent inaccuracies in financial statements by establishing and maintaining robust internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting.
Periodically review financial data to ensure fairness and completeness, addressing any discrepancies as necessary.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing analytical support and insights to drive successful outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
Skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
Work Experience
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role, preferably within a similar environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation
This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
