Construction Superintendent (Education)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects for K–12 and higher-education facilities in the San Antonio market. This role requires a hands-on field leader with strong coordination, scheduling, and quality-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily onsite construction activities for education projects
• Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and safety compliance
• Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work aligns with project goals
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
