About HavenHub

At HavenHub we connect homeowners with trusted contractors making home improvement projects smoother faster and more reliable. As we expand were looking for a Partnership Representative to help grow and maintain strong partnerships with contractors and service providers.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Making 50 outbound calls daily to recruit and onboard qualified contractors.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing vendor partners.
  • Managing onboarding contract negotiations and service expectations.
  • Acting as the liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensuring vendor compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.

What Were Looking For

  • Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in vendor management business development or contractor relations is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask stay organized and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in a team setting.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and outreach tools.
