• Job Summary :
• Responsible for diagnosing and performing repairs while communicating effectively with customers. Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and take direction. Ensure all repairs meet our standards of quality workmanship and reflect our mission statement : _To be a world-class company that serves our community, customers, and employees by always doing the right thing._ Repairmen are not required to provide their own tools but must be willing to use their phone for business purposes.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Inspect and repair roofs and siding, including shingles, flashing, Vinyl, LP, and Cedar.
• Identify and fix chimney leaks, replace chimney flashing, identify damage, and deterioration.
• Warranty visits as needed
• Interact professionally with customers and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of repair activities and submit detailed pictures and notes.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in roofing and siding repairs.
• Knowledge of roofing and siding materials, installation, and repair methods.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Proficiency with repair tools and equipment.
• A superior work ethic and attitude
• Good communication and willingness to talk with customers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach our office.
