As Parking Program Manager, you will contribute to the quality of patient experience by planning, directing, and reporting on all facets of parking operations. A caregiver in this role will effectively manage regional projects, collaborate with the customer service office, and oversee ombudsman calls, while also interacting with other project managers and agency workers. A caregiver in this position works onsite at Main Campus, Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a m5 : 00 p m, with no weekend or holiday requirements.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Direct effective self-park, valet, and special event parking operations to ensure safe, timely, courteous and cost-effective parking of patients, visitors and employees on the Cleveland Clinic campus and other off-site locations.
• Recruit, retain, and train a workforce who achieves high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and contract management with outsourced providers.
• Use data metrics to make effective decisions for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
