Description : We are seeking an experienced Broadcasting Network Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance network systems supporting enterprise broadcasting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability of services.

Responsibilities : Plan, procure, design, configure, and commission network infrastructures for monitoring and incident management. Develop and maintain network documentation, ensuring compliance with operational policies. Analyze and monitor network infrastructure to optimize system performance and reliability. Troubleshoot network issues, implementing effective resolutions to improve performance. Oversee system performance, recommending and executing necessary updates, enhancements, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with external service providers and network carriers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement risk management strategies for high-availability network operations. Provide 24 / 7 support for network services and infrastructure. Research and implement emerging networking technologies to enhance performance. Assist leadership with strategic and tactical network planning and budget development. Act as an escalation point and mentor for technical teams.

Required Skills : Minimum 8 years of experience managing mission-critical network environments in a high-availability setting. Leadership or team lead experience preferred. In-depth understanding of network architecture, including LAN / WAN and enterprise connectivity solutions. Proficiency in network hardware configuration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and security gateways. Advanced knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Experience with network monitoring tools and traffic management technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.

Desired Skills : Expertise in multicast networking and media content delivery. Hands-on experience with video and audio over IP technologies. Knowledge of network security practices, including firewall management and intrusion detection. Familiarity with virtualization platforms and remote access solutions. Experience with IT service management frameworks and best practices. Industry certifications such as CCNP or equivalent preferred.

Compensation : Pay Range : $112000K-$160000K
