WtX Workforce Management Specialist

The Workforce Management Specialist is responsible for the hands-on coordination of site personnel and the operational support of project logistics. This role ensures that manpower is effectively deployed site support activities are executed smoothly and all necessary administrative and logistical arrangements are in place to support field operations. The role requires close collaboration with site supervisors group leaders and internal departments to maintain productivity compliance and workforce readiness.

Operational Manpower Coordination :

• Assign and mobilize field personnel to project sites in alignment with approved schedules and plans.
• Maintain and update workforce planning systems (e.g. WSP) with current assignments availability and certifications.
• Track work hours shifts standby coverage and site attendance.
• Ensure personnel have valid certifications and that documentation is compliant with internal and external requirements.
• Support supervisors with administrative tasks related to personnel coordination and shift scheduling.
