Rate : $50 - $55 / hr. W2
Responsibilities :
- Solid understanding of the Scrum Framework and agile principles
- Skilled in building high-performing teams that use inspect-and-adapt loops for continuous improvement
- Ability to leverage empirical data to benefit both team and organization
- Strong critical and creative problem-solving skills
- Capable of presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating across multiple organizational levels, especially within teams
- Values team success over individual achievement; collaborates effectively with others
- Committed to continuous learning in areas such as Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitation, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and active listening
