About this Job

This position takes a leadership role in the development of children and teen services in public libraries throughout the state acting as a resource for public library staff in all areas of children and teen services.

Minimum Qualifications

A masters degree in library science from a college or university accredited by the American Library Association followed by three years of experience in library services.

Appointment Type : This position is being filled as a probational appointment. Current permanent status state employees may be required to accept a probational appointment.

Work Schedule : This position is a full-time position that reports in-office at the State Library.

Location : This is a full-time position located at the State Library in Baton Rouge LA.
