job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist Account Managers with daily policy processing tasks Serve as a backup receptionist, directing phone calls as needed Email and mail policies, endorsements, and Auto ID cards to clients Process Certificates of Insurance promptly and accurately Request corrections from carriers as necessary Maintain accurate and organized client files in the agency management system Monitor and follow up on pending documents from carriers and clients Scan and upload incoming documents into client files Licenses / Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) License required Experience : 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Applied EPIC is highly desirable Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and team-oriented mindset

Job Summary
Looking for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Lines Processor to join a team. This role is integral to supporting our Account Managers and ensuring the smooth processing of policies and client documentation. This is a fully on-site position with potential for hybrid opportunities as you advance in your career.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate : $18–$25 / hour
