Operations Manager

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Operations Manager located in Milpitas CA.

Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering the Operations manager will lead and optimize day-to-day operations across engineering, manufacturing, and business processes. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

What a typical day looks like :

• Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution of production and NPI programs.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
• Manage resource planning, capacity analysis, and operational forecasting.
• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.
