Ritual Community Lead In Korea

Ritual is pioneering the future of onchain applications, building the most expressive, capable, onchain environment in existence. Ritual provides next-generation primitives for developers to integrate AI directly into decentralized applications, facilitate secure and verifiable computation for onchain applications and AI models, and access generalized sources of compute depending on their specific needs. Ritual Foundation is dedicated to the growth of the Ritual ecosystem through a wide array of initiatives focusing on educating, engaging, and supporting developers. We believe Ritual will unlock a new paradigm for intelligent, decentralized applications, creating a design space for net-new use cases and paving the way for the next generation of users.

As the Ritual Community Lead in Korea, you will build and scale the Korean community from the ground up. This is a mission-critical role and offers significant visibility and impact across the organization. You bring the vibes, energy, and inspiration to attract and nurture a vibrant community of developers, AI researchers, and end users. As Community Lead it is your responsibility to translate and adapt Ritual's vision and marketing materials for Korean audiences. You will blend top-down KOL management with grassroots community building to create an authentic, supportive, and intellectually stimulating environment that drives the future of onchain applications within the Ritual ecosystem.

Key Objectives :

  • Hybrid Growth : Foster relationships with influential community figures and simultaneously cultivate authentic grassroots engagement to amplify Ritual's presence from the bottom up.
  • Developer-Centric Engagement : Focus on creating engaging and educational experiences for developers, aligning community initiatives with Ritual's commitment to developer empowerment.
  • Culture and Vibe : Leverage culturally resonant strategies, activities, and platforms such as Kakao and Telegram to nurture a safe, welcoming, and engaging space for the Ritual community.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Actively manage and expand Ritual's communities across Kakao, Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.
  • Engage KOLs strategically, developing personalized outreach programs and collaborations to amplify Ritual's vision and use cases.
  • Produce developer-oriented community content such as educational live streams, workshops, and interactive discussions.
  • Coordinate and run local meetups, developer workshops, and online community activations to deepen Ritual's community engagement and relationships.
  • Gather, analyze, and relay community insights and feedback to Ritual Foundation, directly influencing product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent Ritual publicly, actively participate in industry and community events, and become a respected advocate for Ritual's mission.
