Position Summary

Circuit Check Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our Electrical Mechanical and Software Engineering teams. This position is responsible for driving innovation managing multidisciplinary engineering functions and overseeing all aspects of product design development and delivery. The Director will also lead Research & Development (R&D) efforts to explore new technologies expand product capabilities and ensure that Circuit Check remains at the forefront of the electronic test equipment industry.

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong technical background and proven ability to deliver complex engineering programs on time and within budget while fostering collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Engineering Managers (Electrical Mechanical and Software) and their teams

Direct R&D initiatives to identify evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance product performance and competitiveness

Manage all phases of product development from concept through release ensuring quality compliance and manufacturability

Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to ensure smooth transfer of designs to production

Develop and manage engineering budgets staffing and resource allocation

The salary range is $130000 to $190000 per year. The listed ranges represent the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable consistent and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation annually identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
