Aftermarket Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aftermarket Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for completing daily weekly and monthly tasks within established deadlines. Additionally the Aftermarket Specialist will assist the Aftermarket Lead with day-to-day operations ensuring accurate recording and reporting of accounting transactions. Aftermarket Specialist Compensation and Benefits :

Aftermarket Specialist Competitive Salary : $23-$26 per hour

Aftermarket Specialist Responsibilities :

Audit warranty and gap contracts and submit ACH / check payments.

Clean accounting schedules check for missing / aging contracts / JV cost discrepancies

Assist with posting monthly factory statements.

Work closely via email and phone with the dealership Finance Managers and GM assistants to ensure contracts and cancellations are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

Log cancellations that are received daily.

Process cancellations of aftermarket products and issue refunds to customers and / or lenders.

Input general ledger entries for account corrections.

Provides support with additional Aftermarket tasks as designated by leadership.

Aftermarket Specialist Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills (including listening speaking).

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral or schedule form.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work alone self motivate and manage ones own time.

Physical ability to use computer hardware / software.

Organized and extremely detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize

Research skills

General math skills

Basic knowledge of dealership operations and / or office / clerical experience.
