This full-time position in Charleston, SC offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 , plus a competitive bonus plan and full benefits package . Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate looking to make Charleston, SC home.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee multiple high-end restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence and brand integrity.
• Coach and support General Managers in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead P&L performance, drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards in service, food quality, and staff development.
• Be a culture ambassador and leader across all locations in Charleston, SC.
