Systems Integrator Solutions Consultant

Position Purpose : Were expanding our System Integrator Implementation Team to support a growing portfolio of projects and partnerships. As an SI Solutions Consultant youll play a pivotal role in developing training materials supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to the evolution of our SI Support model. This role delivers impact both internallyby enhancing our operational maturityand externally by elevating the experience of our partners and clients.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive SI training materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as the Business Line Support representative across SI projects ensuring alignment and execution
• Contribute to Partner Base activities fostering collaboration configuration and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and support model refinement
