As an Associate Center Clinical Director , you ll lead a team of dedicated Primary Care Providers (PCPs) while also delivering hands-on care. This hybrid leadership role is ideal for a compassionate, strategic physician who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You ll be responsible for driving clinical excellence, improving outcomes, and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability. Your leadership will directly influence the health and satisfaction of both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor : Supervise, coach, and develop PCPs to ensure high-quality, value-based care.
• Deliver Care : Provide direct patient care based on center needs, balancing clinical and leadership duties.
• Team Leadership : Guide interdisciplinary care teams, including medical assistants, care coordinators, and facilitators.
• Care Coordination : Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and transitional care teams to ensure seamless care across settings.
• Operational Excellence : Partner with Center Operations and Market Leadership to improve clinical performance, financial outcomes, and patient membership growth.
• Culture Building : Champion a positive, high-performing clinical culture through weekly Super Huddles, Transforming Care Meetings, and leadership rounding.
• Center Support : Step in for clinical leadership as needed, monitor daily census, and support provider and patient recruitment efforts.
