CLA is currently seeking a Manager / Director - Partnership Capital Consulting to join our Partnership Capital Consulting practice. How you'll create opportunities in this Manager / Director - Partnership Capital Consulting role :

• As a manager / director of the Partnership Capital Consulting team, work in a team setting on complex partnership transactions, managing engagements in the establishment of IRC Section 704(b) and inside tax capital accounts, tracking and allocations of IRC 704(c) built-in gains and losses.
• Responsible for project management, quality, and development of staff members.
• Keep team and client informed of engagement progress and issues encountered.
• Keep up to date with new federal tax developments.
• Ability to scope projects and be part of the sales process.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in Maryland is : $144,900.00 - $244,000.00.
