General Purpose :
The Bilingual Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist position is a remote (telecommute), position providing specialized patient review and drug therapy recommendations for insurer's eligible members in languages other than English.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Perform telephonic comprehensive medication reviews
- Update patient profiles based on information gathered during the review
- Discuss any Drug Therapy Problems to optimize patient's drug therapy and minimize the potential for adverse drug reactions
- Work with multidisciplinary team to enhance and develop our Optimize software
- Complete at least 2 CMRs per hour
- Assist Clinical team in meeting proficiency and quality goals

Minimum Physical Requirement :The Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist - Bilingual will perform his or her work in a HIPAA secure workspace with no background noise using standard office equipment.
