The Role : We are seeking a

Senior Financial Analyst

to play a key role in driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization and influence data-driven business decisions.

What You'll Do :

Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning

Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership

Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that tell the story behind the numbers

Partner with business units to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency

Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth

Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track business performance

Assist with board reporting, annual planning, and ad hoc strategic projects

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)

4-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience (preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization)

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus)

Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership

Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data

Highly organized with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
