Finding the right healthcare plan is complex, but it's a perfect challenge for a technical product leader who wants to help people. We empower consumers to choose the right health insurance plan from a dizzying array of options. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will find that our customers are not abstract at all. They are probably your friends and family.

As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for defining the future of our customer interactions by developing AI-first products that help our customers find the right healthcare plan. You'll collaborate with data science, engineering, analysis, business, and marketing teams to tackle complex, emotionally charged problems consumers face in healthcare. By understanding customer needs and how they shop for healthcare, you'll drive product strategy and invent new solutions, always seeking to improve the customer experience. This is a challenging and rewarding role. This role is fully remote, however must be available to work regular later PST hours, and occasional travel to Bay Area.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth's total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees' personal and professional wellness. Base Pay Range -$112,600 - $140,700
