Job Summary :
The selected candidate will assist with providing Trihydros clients and customers with effective responsive and safe stormwater compliance solutions. If you know Stormwater Management you are familiar with current regulations have experience with Best Management Practices utilized to ensure compliance and have an attention to detail we encourage you to apply!
This remote full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management strong communication and written skills and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and manage stormwater projects throughout Northern California.
SWPPP development and Best Management Practices (BMP) design.
Conduct QSD site walks and other required inspections in accordance with the California Construction General Permit or client requests.
Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed.
Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Lead mentor and manage project teams assign tasks and monitor progress.
Identify new opportunities and support the bidding / proposal process.
Qualifications :
Professional stormwater licensure required (e.g. QSP / QISP / QSD / CPESC).
Experience with developing and implementing SWPPPs under the California Construction Industrial and / or Municipal stormwater permits.
Capable of performing field work which may include site assessments inspections and sampling.
Strong writing problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables on schedule.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
Written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients construction crews clients and project stakeholders.
Dependability with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
A clean driving record.
Ability to travel within Northern California.

Summary pay range : $75000 $95000
