Partner with internal team members and SMEs to translate business objectives into learning solutions and ensure all materials are instructionally sound
Create learning programs that include product information, sales, and customer service strategies
Design training documents that allow our employees to have maximum success
Develop the testing strategies to measure and assess effectiveness of the curriculum and learner performance.
Take results and implement them back into new and existing course content as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience designing training materials
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or equivalent preferred.
Must have experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline / Rise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
You are reliable & can follow directions
Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
