Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections. Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries. Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients through our Comprehensive Stroke Program. High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, alongside medical overflow cases. Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care. Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to an exceptional patient experience across the continuum of care. Apply age-specific care standards, ensuring the highest quality of nursing practice. Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to provide holistic patient care with a family-focused approach. Proficiency in timely decision-making and emergency interventions. Computer proficiency, including electronic medical record systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport with patients and colleagues. Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Capacity for teamwork, delegation, and effective collaboration. Ability to perform various physical activities throughout the day. Capable of lifting and carrying specified weights, pushing / pulling forces, and performing safe patient transfers. Exposure to chemical and hazardous waste; protective gear will be provided as necessary. Effective functioning of all senses required for patient care, including fine motor skills.

Compensation :
- Base compensation based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and / or training.
- Premium pay for applicable shifts and on-call duties.
- Incentive pay for certain positions.
- Annual increases based on performance.

Schedule Details / Additional Information : Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
