Starting Salary : $47,659 (Bachelors, Step 0) – Final compensation determined by years of experience and degree level

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Computer Science (or related field)
Valid Tennessee Teaching License with endorsement in subject area (or ability to obtain)
Strong content knowledge in computer science and related fields
Demonstrated success in teaching and motivating diverse learners
Commitment to STEM Prep’s mission and values
What You’ll Do
As a Computer Science Teacher , you will :
Design, deliver, and assess dynamic, college-prep aligned instruction in computer science
Create hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and critical thinking
Support multilingual learners and students with exceptional needs through accommodations and scaffolding
Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to foster success
Engage in ongoing reflection and coaching to continually improve your craft
Contribute to a culture of excellence, equity, and innovation within our school community
