Overview
Responsible for the support and operation of the flexographic presses under the mentorship of the Press Lead and Press Lead Backup. Brightstar Lottery boasts the newest and largest flexo presses in the lottery instant ticket printing industry. Printing tickets on the world’s most sophisticated instant ticket presses give customers access to outstanding flexibility, on-demand production planning, the highest quality graphics, bulletproof security, and outstanding customer service.

Education Required (high school, college degree, training, or certifications requirements)
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Required (years of experience, specific industry or previous job experience requirements)
5+ years of related mechanical, manufacturing and / or printing experience
Skills Required (software, technical, industry, equipment, lifting, and physical requirements)
Preferred Education, Experience or Skills (preferred degree(s), software, experience, equipment, etc)
Knowledge of flexographic press operations preferred

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $25.00 - $28.00. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
