Position Overview

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong work ethic with a full commitment to success every day

Make outbound or inbound calls to leads from provided lists

Track leads accurately

Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.

Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.

Basic communication skills : written, verbal, and listening

Dedication to customer service

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.

Professional and courteous telephone manner.

Compensation : $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Our office is located in Katy TX.

Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
