Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Benicia, CA 94510
Hire Type : 6+ months contract with full benefits!
P ay : $25-$35 / hr.

Job Duties :
- Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, parts availability, order status, expedite requests, etc.) for a sales team
- Process orders, quotations, and change orders quickly and accurately
- Negotiate terms with customers (lead-times, delivery, payment) to establish win-win agreements
- Resolve Accounts Receivable issues, including applying credits and discounts
