Pay : $19.10 - $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

As an Entry-Level Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in healthcare by collecting and processing blood specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostics for patients.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize age-appropriate techniques to collect blood specimens with care and professionalism.
• Label, process, and deliver specimens efficiently to the lab for testing.
• Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment to enhance workflow.
• Assist in clerical functions, registration, lab processing, send-out testing, point of care testing, EKG, pacemaker interrogation, pathology lab assistance, bone marrow assistance, apheresis, or therapeutic phlebotomy as needed.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, exercise decisive judgement, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
