Volt is immediately hiring an Accounts Payable / Collections Clerk in Waco, TX!

As an Accounts Payable / Collections Clerk you will :

• Work on a project while the customer is implementing new software.
• Make 40 to 60 calls daily to contact customers with overdue accounts.
• Verify invoice accuracy, address errors, issue new invoices if necessary, or identify any unknown problems.
• Contact customers 2-3 times and involve the Branch Manager if additional assistance is needed.
• Use MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payments collected.
• Ensure a positive customer service experience during phone calls by being polite and respectful.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Rate : $19.00 an Hour.
