Key Responsibilities :
Creates and validates sales orders, providing guidance to resolve errors
Coordinates internal and external requests, ensuring they reach the responsible parties
Collaborates with internal teams to drive timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
Qualifications and Requirements :
Relevant professional experience in a high throughput manufacturing environment
Associates or Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field is desirable
Experience in customer support is a plus, though direct interaction is not immediately required
Strong self-organization skills to work reliably in a remote environment
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and ideally Salesforce
