Twin Rivers Capital, LLC is an established, successful commercial real estate development and brokerage company based in Charleston, SC. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The Maintenance Technician oversees daily maintenance across TRC-managed assets, which include an array of office and retail properties (both single- and multi-tenant) throughout the Charleston, SC MSA. This role ensures the physical condition and functionality of the portfolio are well-maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple sites.

Responsibilities :

Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, drywall, and painting repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to Property Manager.
Monitor janitorial and landscaping contractors.
Track janitorial supplies and stock supply cabinets at properties.
Complete turnover projects such as repainting tenant spaces upon move-out.
Install marketing signs and perform other general facility tasks.
Manage weekly curbside trash and recycling duties.
Change air and water filters on schedule.
Manage contract service / repair providers
Support miscellaneous maintenance requests (e.g., drywall repair, parking lot striping).
On-call availability for after-hours / weekend emergency maintenance issues.
Performs other duties as needed

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in building maintenance and repair.

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across several properties.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills when working with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.

Reliable transportation required for travel between retail and office properties across the Tri-County area (mileage reimbursed).

Ability to lift heavy objects.

Technical trade school certification preferred.
