Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years’ experience in systems processes, analysis, design, implementation, and monitoring system projects
3 years experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques
Experience with TestComplete, QTest, and component testing
Experience with system integration testing, load / performance / stress testing, and automated testing tools
Proficiency in Selenium automation and web / mobile application testing
Experience working with Agile methodologies and full Software Development Life Cycle
Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaboration with various teams

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with testing web services and user interfaces

Experience in designing and creating tests for REST API and integrations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings, and other agile activities

Work closely with development, business, and quality teams to ensure alignment for successful product releases

Develop comprehensive business procedures for Phases 1 and 2, managing the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Define strategy for executing and maintaining test scripts, both regression, and new targeted tests

Conduct test script reviews for other QA team members

Participate in reviews of application designs, functional requirements, and specifications
