Key Responsibilities

Review student resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and career-related projects, providing feedback within 24 hours

Conduct HR / cultural fit interviews and assess student performance

Update internal systems for student progress and facilitate community engagement

Required Qualifications

Empathic team collaborator with solution-based feedback skills

Highly organized with the ability to maintain clear administrative notes

Experience in data tracking and analysis to improve program effectiveness

Ability to develop and facilitate workshops

Cross-discipline coaching skills in software engineering, QA, data / BIA, cybersecurity, and UX / UI
