Job Description : What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design : discovery → flows → wireframes → annotated high-fidelity mockups
• Run research : stakeholder & SME interviews and workshops, moderated user interviews, moderated usability testing and surveys; synthesize insights into actionable direction
• Master complexity : translate rules, edge cases and integrations into simple workflows that advocate for automation opportunities to remove steps and errors
• Partner cross-functionally : with Product, Business, SMEs, Engineering, Users and Compliance
• Contribute to the design system : create and document reusable patterns, states and guidance to raise UI quality and consistency
• Measure and iterate : partner with business and product to define success metrics, test and refine designs
