As a Primary Care Provider, you will :

Provide a full range of medical services, primarily focused on underserved populations.

Receive strong clinical support and work in an innovative practice environment utilizing Advanced Access scheduling.

Be part of a multi-disciplinary team that offers a combination of individual and population-based care.

Physician Qualifications :

MD / DO from an accredited medical / osteopathy school and graduation from an accredited residency program in family medicine.

Must be board-certified within 24 months of starting employment and hold, or be eligible for, a license in the State of Connecticut.

Bi-lingual skills in English / Spanish are preferred, but not required.
