Who Are We Looking For

We are growing and looking for an experienced Senior Implementations Associate to serve as the liaison and dedicated resource to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors as they onboard to Vestwells platform! In this role you will have the opportunity to manage projects collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance our onboarding experience and provide subject matter expertise on plan design and training for Plan Sponsors as they onboard to our platform.

While were not looking for deep expertise prior experience in client servicing plan administration and non-discrimination testing plan design and / or end-to-end conversion processing for 401(k) / 403(b) plans is helpful. If you dont have this prior experience but you have unparalleled communication skills a commitment to superior customer service ability to adapt within a fast-paced business environment and previous client management experience handling several clients and projects at once wed be delighted to connect with you!

What Will You Be Doing

Day-to-day you will be expected to :

• Primary internal client advocate representing plan sponsor and advisor contacts
• Managing all aspects of the onboarding process from point of sale through successful transition of new plans to our platform
• Coordinating with financial advisors plan sponsors prior recordkeepers and / or third-party administrators to determine conversion timelines key action items and delivery dates as well as communicating overall project status to both external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating cross-functionally to provide support where needed and ensure the team can deliver against expected service level agreements

This role will be based in Vestwells New York or Austin office and will be expected to report to the office in a hybrid schedule.

The expected base salary range for this position is a minimum of $70K - $80K plus performance based bonus. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.
