Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive executive assistant to support a busy company director based in Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and brings strong administrative discipline to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities :
- Provide timely reminders and follow-ups on critical tasks and emails
- Manage the director's calendar and schedule follow-up calls and meetings
- Export staff hours from internal systems and format them in Excel
- Share timesheets with the company accountant on a regular basis
- Distribute client documentation (e.g., training records) from cloud storage systems
- Support light social media activity by posting pre-supplied content
- Offer occasional assistance with LinkedIn content or engagement
- Maintain an organised workflow and communicate clearly on outstanding actions
Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or executive support roleProficient with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage reminders, follow-ups, and multiple deadlinesBasic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedInHighly organised, self-motivated, and detail-orientedReliable internet connection and your own laptop
